Sammiefaze is a Nigerian born Afro Fusion Artist based in Boston, USA. His Music is a Strong fusion of early afrobeats and Western pop music. He started doing music in the late 90s in Nigeria when break dance and Karaoke was a real big deal at parties and social gatherings, through his high school and university days. Sammifaze's music was mostly influenced by 90s hip hop and RnB artists like Sisqo, Boys 2 Men and DMX as well as early indigenous Nigerian artists like the Plantation Boys (made up of 2baba, black face and Faze) and 9ice
